GUTTER SOLUTIONS
At CFS our manufacturing process allows us to produce a wide range of different industrial guttering systems to suit your needs. We work with many different materials to ensure that we can provide the right solution for you. Our gutters are manufactured to be efficient, durable and cost effective. Some popular examples of gutters that we provide are as follows:
Trimline Gutters
Trimline gutters are a cost effective solution for many industrial buildings. Made from relatively thin material such as Plastisol, they incorporate strengthening bends and usually feature an arrowhead external face. They come as standard in 3000mm lengths and in a range of colours. In addition to this, we can also fabricate mitred corners, hopper boxes and a full range of rainwater goods to suit.
Insulated Gutters
Our membrane lined insulated gutters consist of a galvanised gutter bond, sandwiched between a bright white polyester soffit to match the internal lining of roof cladding.

As with galvanised gutters, all items such as stop ends, weirs and outlets can be supplied, as well as pre-formed corner units.

These can be supplied in any shape you require.
FATRA Membrane Gutters
FATRA membrane gutters are made using a steel substrate onto which a layer of PVC is laminated. A heat gun is used to bond the two pieces of gutter together which provides a strong and durable seal at the joint. We can manufacture loose end caps/outlets as well as supply extra reels of the membrane for on-site heat welding.
Joggled Gutters
Many traditional industrial gutters feature a joggle joint. This is where one end is shaped in a way that allows another to slot inside. These can be made in Plastisol, Galvanised Steel or Aluminium of varying thicknesses and are generally joined using bolts and mastic.
