FABRICATIONS
We design and fabricate a range of different products for the roofing and construction industry. We use various materials to achieve this along with highly skilled welders and fabricators.
Fixed Blade Louvre
These products are utilised for natural ventilation and temperature control. Although primarily functional items, they can be made in contrasting colours and made to form interesting architectural features.We usually manufacture fixed blade louvres in Plastisol and other thin flashing materials such as Prisma® and Granite HDX.
Z Bar
Z shaped flashing for between cladding. This flashing is manufactured from galvanised steel although they can be made out of most materials including plastisol allowing you to colour match with the sheets.
They can be made in multiple sizes and thicknesses.
Top Hat
At CFS we manufacture a number of ‘Top Hat’ sections for the construction industry, usually used in commercial and industrial premises. Its main use is as a secondary support member for roofing or cladding.
We produce top hat section in a number of sizes and thicknesses.
Shutter Door Hoods
Roller shutter door hoods are designed to protect the shutter and provide safety to the users. At CFS our hoods are mainly made out of galvanised steel although the thickness and length is completely down to the customer. Hoods over 3m can be made by cutting down an extra sheet and supplying a butt-strap to easily attach the two pieces.
Purlin Boxes
Purlin boxes are manufactured from galvanised steel for installation on flat roofs. We can also make them out of plastisol if required. They are used as simple and cost effective way to remove stagnant water around fan systems.
We are able to weld both galvanised steel and aluminium to achieve the desired outcome for the client.
